Hola! I’m José Manuel Cardona Arias. I’m a data-driven problem solver with a hybrid background in policy and technology. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Computational Analysis and Public Policy at the University of Chicago, I bring experience at the intersection of data science, geospatial analysis, and international development. Passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights, with a strong interest in machine learning for social impact, public sector innovation, and evidence-based policy.
